I guess this will not be the last time we get problems like this.
I've some old branch laying around porting gv to pure Xaw (Xaw now
also allow 3D with buttons and stuff and the parts missing in Xaw
are mostly 3D scrollbars, where gv comes with it's own anyway, so
there might not be missing). It's not complete but from what I
remember also not that much missing. I lack the time to complete it,
but if anyone is interested, let me know.
