One important thing is to have a tool for automatic conversion from message
numbers to the corresponding rpc function name. This can be done at build
time, and included in the rpctrace binary, because message type numbers must
never change; or it can be in a conf file.
There should also be a way to query the name of a msg id (maybe an option,
or a seperate small tool, or a grep over the conf file or whatever).
