Summary: SO_LINGER doesn't linger
Original Submission: When closing a socket fd with SO_LINGER set, the close() returns
immediately, even if there is still pending data on the socket.
pfinet lingers according to the timeout, but the close() doesn't block during this
operation, and can not return with EWOULDBLOCK if there is still pending data after
the timeout.
