well, it currently works for me, however I haven't heard of anybody else who tried it out (and succeeded). Therefore I'm looking forward to FOSDEM hoping that we can do some more testing there. > Does swaping cards work? card removal is not yet implemented, I want to get the userspace implementation of the cardmgr do that however. > Would it be possible to port cardmgr to GNU/Hurd without many > headaches? well, a userspace cardmgr shouldn't be too much of a problem. I just need to make some interface to gnumach. And the kernel implementation was somewhat easier to do for the first time around :-) Currently I'm trying to get an orinoco card running, however the wireless utils probably need to reside in the userspace - compiled-in essid is really useless. This is, I need to add some interface soon anyways ... cheers, stesie -- Do not worry about your difficulties in mathematics; I can assure you that mine are still greater. -- Albert Einstein _______________________________________________ Bug-hurd mailing list Bug-hurd@gnu.org http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/bug-hurd
