* Makerules.am (%.msgids): Two new rules.
* Makefrag.am (MOSTLYCLEANFILES): Add `gnumach.msgids'.
(gnumach.msgids): New rule.
(exec_msgidsdir, exec_msgids_DATA): New variables.
