1: We have never worried about the paper trail for Mach sources, because
it's like trying to nail jello to a tree.

2: We adopted the policy that we were not going to GPL our own work on
Mach because then it could be more easily shared with the rest of the
community.

3: Most of our changes have been small enough that it's not clear that
we have a real claim to make.
