Once more, I seem to have taken your word for it when I shouldn't have. The link you provided, to https://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/GnuGplTwoOrLater, certainly does request people to use the "or any later version" clause. Well and good. Nothing there, however, says that projects *must* use it as a condition of being hosted on Savannah. I do hope you are not using your position to attempt to strongarm people into following rules that do not actually exist. Thomas
