Details:
ncursesw.so is empty, because in console-client/Makefile, ncursesw.c is
added to NCURSESW_SO_SRCS only if LIBNCURSESW is not empty, but at that
point ../Makeconf is not included yet, but we need to include that late
since it needs OBJS/SRCS to be defined first...
