Hi, When porting packages, is replacing a call to gethostname using MAXHOSTNAMELEN with a call to Neal Walfields xgethostname still the recommended way, as described at http://www.gnu.org/software/hurd/hurd/porting/guidelines.html
If so, maybe the link to that function should be corrected. Currently it
is broken. In case is is not immediately found there is a copy of
xgethostname.{c,h} at:
