[PATCH 00/10] Stack setup & misc fixes for x86_64-gnu

And these are the rest of my x86_64-gnu glibc fixes! (well, for now)

With these (+ the BRK_START change), I'm able build a system that boots
to /bin/sh and runs some commands (coreutils) successfully.
