This patch introduces 3 additional librump libraries which are all
required to make use of NVMe disks:

librumpdev_nvme
librumpdev_ld_nvme
librumpdev_ld

These can be linked into hurd/rumpdisk to add the support.

I've added these to the librumpdev-disk0 and librumpdev-disk-dev
packages. The rumpkernel presents disks as ld0, ld1 etc. which
requires a minor alteration to the MAKEDEV script to conveniently
create the /dev translators.

There seems to be an issue with systems having HIGHMEM memory which
causes opening the ld device to lock the system (to a degree
anyway). This is likely to be related to DMA transfers which I'll look
at next.

Feedback gratefully received as ever.

Cheers,

Mike.
