* ping/ping_echo.c (ping_echo): Free PING->ping_hostname.
(echo_finish): Call return instead of exit.
* ping/ping.c (main): Free PING and DATA_BUFFER.
(ping_run): Free PING->ping_buffer and PING->ping_cktab.
