Hi,

I found a problem in the FTP server (FTPD) which causes files to be
downloaded with 0 bytes longs (i.e. empty files).
It happens since the data buffer which is sent to the FTP client
(ftpd.c:920) has 0 bytes length (buffer_size = 0).

Attached please find a patch which fixes the problem.
