Just like we call our work "GNU Inetutils", they call theirs "Linux NetKit" (see the manpage). It does not matter what they call it, NetKit runs on GNU/Linux, we should call it GNU/Linux NetKit since it is a set of tools that run on the GNU operating system that uses Linux as its kernel.
