You are not mentioning which variable these values where removed from.
Please see the ChangeLog entries for how to write the history
properly.
In this case something like:
* libicmp/Makefile.am (libicmp_a_SOURCES): Removed libping.c
and ping.h.
Other than that, it is fine.
