I got bored for a few days and updated all copyright notices (added missing years, reordered them so that the FSF notice is at the top, and added missing notices to a bunch of files, plus some other stuff). I'd appreciate it if nobody pushed any changes during the next few days until I push mine, seeing that this modifies almost all files in the repository.
