[bug-inetutils] cant find how to enable -s src_addr option in telnet

All current rpms and sources seem to be missing the -s src_addr option.

How can add this feature back to telnet?

Funny thing is it used to be part of telnet and on MacOSX the binary for
telnet has this feature..
