It should be so, to gain the power of FSF in relation to GPL violation.
In the actual situation, there is a copyleft by the publishing under GPL
licesnse, but FSF has no possibility to act in GPL violation this must be done
by the copyright holder (us). The possibility that FSF could also fight agains
GPL violation on this code, is to sign a disclaimer for the FSF.
Actual i ordered such a form [email protected] and informed Alfred M. Szmidt
about the actual state.
