I have built a few of the inetutils programs under Cygwin and have some patches for the makefile, etc. Would you folks be interested in integrating these in your next release?
For example, the configure script does not append $(EXEEXT) on the end of program names when building the makefile. This results in these programs being compiled with the $(LINK.c) macro instead of the .c.o rule. There are still problems with missing headers, etc. but I will be willing to supply patches for at least some of the issues.
