I request the generation of a second release candidate in the same public way, since I need more input in order to proceed. A fair amount of decisive or helpful changes have been completed. In addition I request help in getting access to the headers <arpa/ftp.h>, <arpa/telnet.h>, <arpa/tftp.h> for the major brands AIX, HP-UX, IRIX, etcetera.
