[bug-libmatheval] GNU libmatheval 1.1.10 is out

New release (1.1.10) of GNU libmatheval is out and available at:
  http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/libmatheval/

This is bugfix release, fixing memory leak in evaluator_create function
(thanks to Theran Junck for the patch).
