[bug-libmatheval] GNU libmatheval 1.1.11 is out

New release (1.1.11) of GNU libmatheval is out and available at:
  http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/libmatheval/

This is bugfix release, fixing issue with linking Lex library (thanks to
Hanspeter Niederstrasser for the patch).
