When should LilyPond be spelled 'lilypond'? Is this debris resulting from the name change of ly2dvi? It appears odd when the section 'Invoking LilyPond' is followed by 'Invoking lilypond', even with one later stating 'Invoking the lilypond binary'. I won't submit changes on that until I understand when each is preferred.
