accordion's registration notation

Hello!
I'm trying to write accordion registration on the score, but I'm not 
able to obtain the attempted result. In fact, I don't know how to use 
it! I was able to put the "accordion-accDiscant" symbol, but... In the 
file named "accordion-defs-init.ly", i found different shortcuts, I 
think these are ready-made symbols for these registration, but i don't 
know how to insert them in my file...
