When I it, I get:
~/Development/tmp2 foo$ /Applications/LilyPond.app/Contents/Resources/
bin/fondu /Library/Fonts/Verdana
Can't find an appropriate resource fork in /Library/Fonts/Verdana
So it seems, that for some reason, it does not work under Mac OS 10.4.2.
One thing that has changed from Mac OS 10.3 to 10.4 is the behavior
of the resource forks, putting it somehow onto UNIX. But I do not
know what that mean in practice (it was briefly mentioned in the
Usenet newsgroup comp.sys.mac.system.)
