Hello: I cannot figure out how to properly enter the extended jazz chords (7#9, m7b5, 7b5b9, etc). I have tried to go through the chordNameExceptions as explained in the manual on pages 104-105 but I cannot figure them out properly. I found a file called chord-modifiers-init.ly which appears to refer to the explanation on pages 104-105. Should this file be \included in the target file?
