Hi Thanks for the improvements in midi2ly.py which I happened to know by accident.
This module now accepts any file extension like .mid and .midi but also .xxx or even none! Is it on purpose that the files output by the converting program are named ".midi" , regardless of the suffix being .mid or .midi? For all the other extensions, “-midi.ly” is appended. The files ‘test’, ‘test.mid’ and ‘test.midi’ are all converted to the file ‘test-midi.ly’. Is there any information somewhere about such changes and fixes - maybe a bug/ issues database or a tracker-system? Working with LilyPond 2.9.8 on windows xp.
