I know this is what the documentation says, but if you actually use
the program, it has nothing to do with whether you're using
continuation lines; lily sets the figures in the wrong order when
there are common figures.  I know we've talked about it before, and I
still see this as a bug.  

Even if you did want continuation lines, you still wouldn't want the
numbers to come out in the wrong order.

This is a workaround, but is a nuisance for transcribers.
