I don't know the answer to the first question, but let's assume
that it's "no" and update the manual accordingly. Could you
write up the necessary changes?
Wilco. And I still need to make the lyrics-in-two-columns template,
too. I've got a bunch of exams next Friday, and a plethora of
gentlemanly occupations until then, so it might be a while; but if
it's not there a week from Wednesday, poke me again. :-)
