Does this apply to all "program errors" ? I remember you telling me
that we had so many progerrors that it wasn't worth reporting them
unless the output looked bad.
But - as Han-Wen wrote - the output DOES look bad - the beam gets
horizontal. Try changing the note pitches so that it is more obvious
that a horizontal beam is wrong.

Yes, it is still in effect.
If the prog error is not visible in the generated output then it is not
worth reporting.
