I'm experiencing the collision (arpeggio & time signature) mentioned in Issue
601 (see http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=601).
The workaround recommended therein doesn't help. I use LilyPond 2.12.2,
so instead of "\override Xxxxxxx #'infinite-spacing-height = ##t"
I've tried "\override Xxxxxxx #'extra-spacing-height = #'(-inf.0 . +inf.0)"
(including the "\with" section, still out of luck - am I missing something?)
Is there a workaround for 2.12.2?
