The dirinfo used to be in a file called "lilypond.tely". A few months ago, that changed to "notation.tely" I don't know why this didn't cause a problem on other OSes, but evidently your install-info is stricter, or doesn't check as many files? Weird. I've been planning on changing it (again, but for the last time) to "web.tely". I'll try that tomorrow, and check the buildlog for any such errors. It's possible that they only show up as warnings on linux? I'll also note that you're using texinfo 4.11. I had a vague recollection that we used some texinfo 4.13-specific stuff, but a quick check of my system reveals that I'm also on 4.11, so I guess this doesn't matter.
