Sorry, Graham. Still not fixed. The link from the 2.13 docs is now OK.

The link from the 2.12 docs is still as described in comment 4 above. To be
more explicit: go to http://lilypond.org/website/manuals.html .
Click "Changes" and we get to
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.12/Documentation/topdocs/NEWS.html. Click "Back
to doc.." and the link takes you to
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.12/index.html which redirects to
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.12/Documentation/index.html
