tocframe link is broken in online dev manuals

It's still broken in Spanish.
Go to
http://lilypond.org/doc/latest/Documentation/notation/
In Firefox, press Ctrl-Shift-R ro force reload the page.
Click on Spanish language at the bottom.
Clicking on "Back to the, etc." brings you to
http://lilypond.org/doc//Documentation/web/manuals.es.html (that doesn't
exist),
which is redirected to
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.12/Documentation/web/manuals.es.html (that
doesn't exist either)
whereas what we'd need is
http://lilypond.org/website/development.es.html
Other languages tested, same respective results.
