Keith: ok, I'll produce a git patch for this, but could you try following
the instructions here:
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.13/Documentation/contributor/using-lily_002dgit
Windows is supported, and it should be fairly painless to get things
working. If there _are_ some problems with these instructions, then I'd
like to find out before we begin the next contributor recruitment drive.
