I updated the patch at http://codereview.appspot.com/4095041/, but that
really addresses problems with the issue 1120 fix, not this issue. I'll
file a separate bug report for that.
For /this/ issue, let's apply Neil's suggestion. It is a one-line change
with a perfectly clean 'make check'. It prevents key-signatures from
colliding with other things like notes, as well. Patch with a new
reg-test (that both 2.13 and 2.12 fail as shown below) is at
