We certainly have problems, but this incident isn't an example of
those.  I was hurridly getting rid of emails at the kitchen table
while water was boiling, and I didn't notice the all-important
number 1604 when looking at Mike's emails.  If I'd read it a
little bit more carefully, there wouldn't have been any problem.
