New issue 1637 by [email protected]: include newest version of
Fontforge in Lilydev

When shortened flags will be finished and pushed, we'll have to add newest
version of fontforge to Lilydev. The version currently included in Lilydev
(20100501) produces bugged fonts (like in the attachment); the newest
version of fontforge works fine.
