This seemed to go away after a while, but it's back with a vengeance. It just happened twice in the same day. :( On the "positive" side, I think it's more like 8 hours instead of 12 hours.
at first I thought it might have been a time/day thing, but it's 23:12 in BST, and only 20:12 in UTC.
