Neil points out how to use a music function for creating non-parametric (constant) postevents. The postevents are true postevents not requiring a dash for using, but the creation of those events by a music function does require a dash. It should be easy enough to do the creation in Scheme though without the need of the awkward syntax.

However, the resulting event identifiers are constants and can't take a parameter like music functions do.
