Neil can you check this is ok?
There's a bit of a mix-up between removal and deprecation.
For the deprecated snippet, you should leave the texidoc string as it is,
but remove the code below the \markup block (take a look at one of the
snippets already deprecated for 2.14 to see what I mean). Once you've done
this, run makelsr.py to copy the new contents from snippets/new to
snippets/.
