The old problem of GUB builds not including the msvcrt module has
reappeared. See the fix for the last time this occurred:

lilypond-book in the latest GUB release for Windows (2.15.12)
requires msvcrt again:
Running lilypond-book

ImportError: No module named msvcrt
Lilypond-book returned code 1
I've not run lilypond-book under Windows for some months, so I don't
know what change caused this.
We have family visitors today, so I can't investigate right away,
but I'll narrow it down to the first GUB release later, if no one
else steps up before then.
