I think it must be a part of the input files that mean that no index
is made, but I can't find it and I'm not an expert. Could someone
else look at the CS learning docs to see why it doesn't make an index

I think I've found the cause:
replacing all instances of "Začátek" in @nodes or @refs by "Top" did the
trick for me, even if I get lots of bad links(external xrefs to NR which
is not translated).
