Graham, Thanks for pushing this. I've meanwhile moved to a different
appartment, and upgraded to oneiric, both of which severely impacted my
lilypond development time...
As I said in comment 9, that patch fixes only part of the warnings. Many
are still remaining (~200 IIRC), so I'm reopening this issue again.
I have some local patches to get rid of some more warnings by using vsize
instead of int. I'll try to post them in the next few days.
