Agreed, Keith, and thanks for the catch!
For the record: the "new" status came from Mike adding a response to points
Keith raised, and I gather git-cl treats all changes equally, forcing the
status change. Is there a way, or is it even safe, to allow override of
patch status in git-cl, so that devels can signal that a change doesn't
affect code and so shouldn't change status?
