Yes that is what I have but the first bar seems to have nothing to do with anything - at least as far as I can see. Also, you seem to imply that this output is different in earlier versions or are you not implying that at all? I cannot see what the issue is here, the notes in both voices are correctly aligned according to their length in the measure.
