It was just the reflection of what I've read here : http://www.lilypond.org/doc/v2.18/Documentation/notation/what-goes-into-the-midi-output_003f.html Uncomment "\music" will give a midi output without tremolos. Maybe my comment is not clear enough ? Maybe it's not necessary ?
