Hi all, if I'm not mistaken (and a very recent post in the German forum http://www.lilypondforum.de/index.php?topic=2465.0 seems to confirm that) LilyPond doesn't have built-in support for italics in fingerings.
As using italics for fingerings is a regular use case (e.g. to differentiate between editor's and composer's fingerings) I would like to see native support for italics in fingerings. So there would have to be a) glyphs for italics numbers in Emmentaler and b) a way to choose between upright and italics for fingerings.
