Test failure in GNU M4 1.4.18

Dear Sir:

I saw a test failure in the "make check" phase when building "m4-1.4.18"
using GCC 6.3.0.  The error was:

../build-aux/test-driver: line 107: 419398 Aborted                 (core
dumped) "$@" > $log_file 2>&1
FAIL: test-symlink

Is this failure serious?
