I have installed mailutils 1.0 from source, and have received enough
mail to extend my archive into more than one terminal display page.
I took the natural step after "mail -f $HOME/mbox" to "$" to the end
of the page, as is typical of BSD Mail, and mailx, and for which the
mailutils info doc indicates is normal behaviour. What I get, however,
is "Unknown command: $"

Have I set something incorrectly in my mailrc (see below)? Or is there
something else I should be looking at, (or have overlooked at behavioural
difference that was documented somewhere else that I should have looked at)?

.mailrc BEGIN
ignore *
retain bcc cc date from subject to x-copyright reply-to
set append ask autoprint autoinc asksub askcc askbcc askto dot
set indentprefix=" "
set PAGER="more"
set EDITOR="ed"
set VISUAL="vi"
set folder=Mail
set record="~/Mail/sent"
set Sign="~/.sigdash"
.mailrc END

P.S. A "~a" adds my signature fine, but neglects to properly prepend the
rfc requisite "-- " which I've had to use a separate signature file to
have included the dash/space.
